I swear, @CoxHelp and Razorback football are gonna send me into an early grave. This is the 4th blackout I’ve had with Cox Cable in the last 2 weeks. And then they want me to pay $10 as insurance to have a tech come out so I won’t be charged $75.

@CoxHelp Mike, I know EXACTLY how the conversation will go. You will tell me the problem is with my router and direct me to the manufacturer. I will contact the manufacturer and they will direct me to once again reboot / reset the router.

Sure do love my @CoxComm internet where I pay for 150 MBPS and I get 8 regardless of device location in my house. 1/10 would recommend to no one. 1 for being the only provider. Apparently you can do whatever when you have a monopoly on service. My bad.

I just spoke with Amazon support. Said there is an issue with @CoxHelp @CoxComm TV provider with Amazon devices. I can complete connection on my phone, PC, and Tablet. But with Amazon Fire Cube or Stick it just errors out when trying to go to the screen to input TV provider.

@CoxHelp there are nearly 114 homes in my neighborhood and at $200 a month for my community alone that is $22,800 billable roughly. With your ****** service and interruptions in service I could set my Apple Watch as it never fails to go down.
